SUNDAY SERVICE LIVE
SCRIPTURE:
V24 Now Thomas (called Didymus), one of the Twelve, was not with the disciples when Jesus came. 25 So the other disciples told him, “We have seen the Lord!” But he said to them, “Unless I see the nail marks in his hands and put my finger where the nails were, and put my hand into his side, I will not believe it.” 26 A week later his disciples were in the house again, and Thomas was with them. Though the doors were locked, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” 27 Then he said to Thomas, “Put your finger here; see my hands. Reach out your hand and put it into my side. Stop doubting and believe.” 28 Thomas said to him, “My Lord and my God!”

Partoral Reflection
As the condominium residents move in and out, our church has people constantly calling to see if there is a parking spot available. I tell them that there is a waiting list and they could put their name on the list for the next spot that comes available. But, what I find is that after a month or so, when I call back people on the wait list, they no longer need it. So, now what I have discovered is that those people who are calling back regularly, like every three weeks, these are people who seriously need a parking spot; I give the spot to them. This is like our prayer. We need to keep on praying and lifting our prayer needs to God for the right timing in God’s eyes. Even if we do not get ‘yes’ right away, we need to persist in our prayer and not give up like the persistent widow Jesus talks about in Luke 18:1-8.
The Clergy
"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." This verse offers reassurance and encouragement, reminding individuals that God is present, powerful, and supportive during times of fear and difficulty.
